Submission Guidelines

Registering an X (formerly Twitter) ID is optional.

• A registered X ID is shown in the social media section of the published profile.
• A member who does not wish the X ID to be shown shall not register it. The member may change or delete a registered X ID in the X ID field on the Profile page.
• The operator may verify the ID to confirm user identity upon receiving requests such as post deletion applications.

• Submitted content appears immediately upon posting. The operator reviews content post-publication.
• Posts judged to violate these guidelines will be hidden or deleted without prior notice.
• Even in the absence of an explicit guideline violation, the operator may hide content deemed inconsistent with the purpose of this site.
• Members may delete their own forum reactions, columns, collections, and visit records. To request removal of a fan memoir, submit an application via the contact form. Contact & Requests
• When a member leaves this site, the member's past posts remain with the member's name and icon removed, shown under a label indicating a member who has left. A member who does not want a post to remain must delete it before leaving or contact the operator.
• If a member finds an inappropriate post or a troublesome member, the member may report or block them from the "…" menu. What the member reports is hidden from that member's own screens immediately, and the operator reviews the report within 24 hours of receiving it. The blocked member is not notified.
• Posted text will be machine-translated and displayed in languages other than the language in which it was originally posted.
• The operator may include portions of a post in images intended for sharing on social media.
• The operator may suspend the use of a member's account if the member repeatedly violates the guidelines or in other comparable cases.

When visiting facilities or establishments listed on the Spot Map, members must comply with the following rules and any regulations established by each facility.

• Members shall purchase or order something before viewing autographs or displays inside a shop.
• Members shall obtain the shop's permission before taking photographs or video.
• Members must not touch autographs or displays.
• Members shall refrain from visiting during busy hours and must not disturb other customers.
• Members shall give the highest priority to consideration for local residents and shop staff.
• Some places, such as shrines and temples, are cherished by local people regardless of the series; when visiting such places, members shall do so respectfully without disturbing worshippers or neighbors.

Spot Map：These provisions govern spots registered by the operator (permanent facilities, collaborations, exhibitions, locations displaying autographs) and spots registered by members.

• Registrations are restricted to public or commercial facilities. Private residences and private property must not be registered.
• Images of an autograph itself must not be posted. Images of the exterior of the shop, the name of the shop, and the record of the visit date may be posted.
• Spot location data is determined using map search services based on addresses or facility names. If an error in location data or the conclusion of a collaboration is observed, notify the operator via the report button on the spot screen or the contact form.
• Spot Map listings are published without obtaining prior permission from the respective establishments. If an issue arises concerning a listing, use the Report button on the spot's page or the contact form. Direct messages to the operator (@shinobilia) are also accepted. Upon receiving an unpublishing request from an establishment affiliate or rights holder, the pin will be unpublished within 24 hours (due to solo operation, up to 24 hours may be required, but it is handled with the highest priority).
• Autographs displayed at dining and other establishments from individuals affiliated with NARUTO or BORUTO (original creator, illustrator, production staff, etc.) are reviewed by the operator; however, the operator does not guarantee (1) the ongoing existence or operating status of listed establishments, or (2) the authenticity of the handwriting. Confirm details directly with each establishment before visiting.
• The continent data for the globe is provided by Natural Earth contributors.

Members may add spots directly from the Spot Map. Applications for correction or deletion of registered spots are accepted via the contact form. Contact & Requests

These provisions govern use of the "Write a column" and "Post external link" features in the forum.

• Members may publish introductory text and a URL while hosting the full article on their own external blog (including monetized blogs).
• Only articles written by the member or articles with legitimate reprint permission may be posted. Articles failing to meet these criteria will be deleted.
• Members must not copy the text or images of the original works.
• Columns concerning unreleased chapters, pirated copies, or leaked information will be deleted.
